What a privilege it was to be part of this event yesterday, welcoming home Jordan and Cian Adams after their epic marathon challenge. They have raised almost £2 million so far for dementia charities while also raising awareness of this terrible disease that affects so many of us.

A few weeks ago we took a trip to Suffolk and Norfolk (where I grew up) to see my Mum for her birthday and also to go to a President gig at the UEA. We made a whole weekend of it and our first stop was Thetford forest, as we were feeling a bit out of touch with nature.

Well it did the job, the weather was perfect, the walk was lovely, and we found a cafe along the way for a coffee and a delicious red velvet brownie. 10/10 afternoon.

I feel like this is one of those photos where you can hear the stream trickling in the background.
