Just completed my Emergency First Aid at Work qualification with MaxSafe Solutions

This equips me to respond confidently to workplace emergencies from CPR and shock management to choking, seizures, and more. Whether I’m coaching clients or running fitness shoots, responsibility comes first.

Summer PT

Over the past while I’ve been on my own fitness journey learning, pushing myself, and seeing what consistency can really do.

At the same time, fitness photoshoots have become a huge part of what I do in the studio. I’ve had the chance to photograph so many incredible transformations, and it’s honestly been one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

Because of that, I’ve decided to take the next step.

I’ve enrolled to study my Level 2 & 3 Personal Trainer qualifications, with the goal of being fully qualified by summer.

This isn’t a career change. It’s an expansion.

I want to properly understand the training principles behind the physiques I photograph, deepen my knowledge, and continue growing both personally and professionally.

Always building.

After working with so many incredible coaches and seeing their clients absolutely crush it, I realised it was time to commit myself too.

Can't thank my coach enough 7 weeks in, and we're nowhere near the finish line. If I'm going to help people look and feel their best, then I've got to walk

the walk too. Sharing this for accountability
because when this is all done, lll be stepping in front of the camera for my own fitness shoot.
