Tonight's full moon rising up from behind Greencastle Castle. Taken with the drone as I couldn't get the right composition with my camera but some beautiful colour to the moon as it climbed up into the nightsky 🌕🌙🏰

The Old Bridge at Spelga Reservoir! When you stand on the old road its almost as if time stands still and feels strange that this is normally submerged under the water for most of the year!

The Old Road at Spelga Reservoir this morning. This piece of Mourne history built in the early 1800's is the original road through Deers Meadow, before Spelga Dam was constructed and the area flooded in the 1950's.
When the water level in the reservoir drops low enough after a prolonged dry spell, it exposes the old road and bridge!
Not too often we get to see the reservoir so low at this time of year!! ⛰️

One of the best places to watch the sunrise is Slieve Binnian in the Mourne Mountains. The morning light creates such a beautiful glow over the mountains! This is a stunning view at the stile just before the summit as a cloud inversion rolled in for the perfect scene 🌅⛰️👌📸

Just some sheep enjoying the sunshine up from the Banns road towards Slievenaglogh in the MourneMountains. A challenging climb to the top but some stunning views await 👌⛰️🐑📸

Solar Eclipse 12/8/26 These are the photos I managed to get of this evening special Solar Eclipse. A battle with the clouds at Spelga Dam so we went to Greencastle to catch the last hour of the Eclipse, and just finally got a break in the clouds towards the end. A great night chasing the sun on this memorable night. Hope you all got a glimpse 🌙🌘🌖🌞

A sneak preview of some of the prints ready for the Twilight Market this evening at Chestnutt Holiday Parks 👌 Make sure you're there early as these will be snapped up quickly!!! So come along and support your local small traders and enjoy at great evening at Cranfield, 6-10pm, see you there!!

Tomorrow evening I will be attending the Twilight Market at Chestnutt Holiday Parks where you can view lots of my photography and maybe pick yourself and new print for your home!! These are a small selection of the photos from Cranfield and Mourne area that will be available. They do look amazing printed and in a frame👌Time is 6 pm to 10pm Saturday 8th, so hopefully see you there🙏
