As well as capturing the billboard in its environment with passing traffic and cityscapes, we superimposed some client-provided ads to showcase what it will look like once up and running.

A great experience last week as we trained two gentlemen who had never touched a drone in their lives, to being competent and confident flyers by the end of the session.

They travel all over Europe documenting battlefields of the First World War - mainly in France and Belgium.

For years they have used cameras only, but wanted a new perspective on the frontlines, trenches and other notable landmarks of the war.

We covered not just flying, but also best photography practices for their purposes, and the European Drone Laws.

Looking forward to seeing what they capture on their travels!
