What a weekend! 📸

Some different photo opportunities, I’ve never sat behind the dummy before. I’ve always captured the dog on the return and not the pick up. It made some interesting photos! This lab was super happy to picking this Sporting Saint dummy.

Can’t wait to get the photos downloaded ready to edit and upload for you all to view.

All the dogs were awesome this weekend!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to photograph a scent detection work shop. Watching the dogs seek out the odour and indicate on where they think it may be was very interesting.

This was also a first for me in this environment. Looking forward to sharing the images.

I hope everyone manages to stay cool this week. We are in for another heat wave, I can’t believe it!

Looking forward to getting out asap with the camera and getting more pictures like this. I absolute love capturing dogs once they’ve left the water. The water droplet makes it feel slightly magical.

Another favourite from a recent training event, I think capturing dogs when they’ve just come out the water with a retrieve is some of my favourite shots to capture. The water droplets spraying around the photo make it feel slightly magical.
