This week was a special one for Abe, but it also felt like a good moment to say thank you.
Golf may look like an individual sport, but nobody gets anywhere on their own.
A special thank you must go to Rob Antoun and everyone at Growing Golf for giving Abe such a fantastic start through the junior academies.

Thank you to Jay Kelly for five years of coaching, patience and belief.

Thank you to Kieran Poole and everyone at Kent Golf College. Those years were hugely important, not just for golf but for friendships and life experience. Special thanks to Aaron, Andy, Louis and Tom and all the teammates from Kent Golf College who shared the journey.

Thank you to Vince Clarke and everyone at McLennan Community College for two incredible years. Vince has been far more than a coach and has had a huge influence on Abe’s development.

Thank you to his teammates and brothers at McLennan, who pushed him, supported him and celebrated every success together.

We’re doing our first antiques fair this Sunday…

We’ve just set up a little side venture together — V & J Vintage by Design — built around something we both love: finding beautiful, interesting things with a bit of soul.

I’m still very much doing photography, but this has become a real passion project for us alongside it.

After months of hunting (and definitely buying more than we should have), we’ve pulled together a collection we’re genuinely proud of — vintage cameras, mid-century pottery, glassware, art, and some very cool vintage fashion.

We’ll be at Chatham Historic Dockyard this Sunday.

It would be brilliant to see some familiar faces — come down, say hello, and have a browse. No pressure to buy anything… but I can’t promise you won’t find something you love.

History

Made in post-war Milan by CMF Bencini, the Comet S reflects a period when photography became accessible to a wider audience. Produced in the late 1940s and 1950s, it uses 127 roll film and features a distinctive die-cast aluminium body.

With its clean lines and confident styling, the Comet range captured the spirit of early Italian industrial design — practical, elegant, and forward-looking.
