🚂 A glimpse into Folkestone’s railway past

Once a place where trains arrived and departed, this historic railway setting now has a very different feel.

I loved the way the sweeping canopy leads the eye all the way down the platform, with the old railway details still telling the story of what this place once was.

Time meets the Moon. 🌙🕰️

A deep partial lunar eclipse beside the world’s first free-standing, purpose-built clock tower.

Took a while to line up and capture a photograph I was happy with and I like the details and light on the clock tower. The morning was getting lighter gradually and the eclipse was falling in the sky pretty fast!

One moment. Two extraordinary pieces of history.

🎶 One to watch! 🎶

These guys are definitely an up-and-coming band worth keeping an eye on. They’ve got some great songs and put on a fantastic performance, including gigs at places such as the Bandstand Central in Herne Bay.

I’m looking forward to seeing what these guys do next and hopefully getting the opportunity to work together on some photography/video in the future. 📸🎥

Definitely worth giving them a listen! 🎵
