Hey, I’m James & I'm a wedding photographer based in Derry, Northern Ireland. My calling is to adventure through-out our emerald island to capture the heart & soul of a couples unique love story on their wedding day. I began my photographic journey in 2014 when my daughter was born. Not knowing how to operate a camera, I bought one and self taught myself the basics. The main reason was clear from

the get-go, to photograph my little girl’s growth, but I found in due-time that this was an art that I fell-in-love with. Imagine holding a picture of the past in your hands and seeing the true value of a timeless spectacle. Fast forward a year later, I wanted to show the world what I had to offer, so, in 2015 I established my photography business into what it is today - A Memory Archive. I want to take pictures that matter to people, that imagery is a must-have during their wedding day! The heartfelt moments that last way beyond just a memory but to bring you back to that time. I’m completely driven by photography that hits the heart between two people. What makes me tick as a memory catcher? I love to photograph a couples connection, the desire they have for each-other is inspirational and feeds my romantic soul. An adventure with a view, a fun couple with a great sense of humour and isn't afraid to let their love flourish is what makes me love what I do most. I want to help not just as your photographer, but as your professional third wheel that's around to guide you through-out this beautiful process before & after your wedding day. About me. I'm a hardcore fan of Iced Coffees (I'll most likely be sipping one during my meal time when you're having yours). Immersing myself in a good romantic comedy with goodies! Adventuring all over Ireland with my other half and taking pictures! Watching my children grow and smile each day I have them by my side. Listening to my Spotify playlist and getting lost in editing photographs!
