MOCAAA • CAPE TOWN 🇿🇦

Lost in the geometry of Zeitz MOCAA.

There is something so powerful about photographing a building that breathes new life into old industrial bones. Once a historic grain silo, it’s now a 9-floor cathedral of contemporary African art.

The way the light filters through the polished, cut concrete edges of the old silo tubes is pure magic for photography. Cape Town, you beauty.

KHIVA AT NIGHT 🇺🇿

I’m still thinking about Khiva! It’s a small desert gem packed with history, amazing culture, and even better food. The architecture is stunning and the locals are so welcoming. While it’s beautiful for photos during the day, the city completely transforms at night and it’s absolutely magical under the stars.

ATMOSPHERIC SPACE • STAGING • LONDON

I recently staged and photographed this rental property (Airbnb) to show how a strategic palette can instantly elevate a listing.

I went with a moody mauve feature wall to create a sophisticated focal point. To keep it inviting, I layered a grey sectional with warm terracotta tones in the rug and rich wood textures.

For a restful feel, I leaned into the soft oatmeal and cream tones seen in the dining area. I wanted to keep the space feeling organic and calm.

THE COLOURS OF LUDERITZ 🇳🇦

Walking through Lüderitz felt like stepping back in time. Between the bright coastal sun and those colourful old buildings, I ended up taking photos of everything. Namibia definitely wasn't what I expected.

The contrast there is wild; you have these bright, detailed German-style houses sitting right against the harsh Atlantic wind and the desert sand. I spent ages just trying to capture the symmetry of the streets and the unique architecture.

It’s an incredible spot for photography. The way the bright colours pop against the dry, rugged landscape made it really hard to put my camera down.

Whether you’re admiring it from the serene park by the fountains or standing before its grand entrance, its architectural beauty is undeniable. Capturing this minaret through the lens was an absolute joy. Marrakesh is stunning!
