Alice and Quentin’s wedding day in Rocky Face, Georgia took me to the south of the US for the first time, and was one of those celebrations that seemed to gather momentum all the way through. From an emotional first look and a ceremony beside the trees, to confetti, fireworks and a packed dancefloor later on, it felt big in scale but never lost its warmth.

Alice and Quentin were at the centre of that from the beginning, bringing the energy and setting the tone for the whole day. A very special one to have been part of.

Got a lovely surprise this morning when I found that I’d won 8 awards in the latest round of Masters of Wedding Photography, and in doing so, became the Photographer of the Quarter!

Seven of them came from last year, which I’m thrilled about, and one from Lucy and Jamie’s epic wedding at Villa San Vincenzo in Puglia in 2023.

A great way to start the Easter weekend 🙏

⚡️BEST OF 2025⚡️ My end of year report is in - and I can confirm, it was a cracker 👌

Festival weddings, drag queens, a stunning Sicilian setting, cross-London adventures…my 15th year behind the camera brought the goods, and with it a collection of weddings and moments I was lucky to be a part of and trusted to capture.

This year, I feel grounded in the work I’m making and grateful for the couples who invite me in (and share the pictures!). I’m not trying to reinvent myself - I’m just focused on creating honest, considered photographs that feel personal, now and in years to come.

I’m just coming up for air after what’s been my busiest period of the year - a string of London weddings and even one across the pond in the southern USA. But today, I’m taking you to Goudhurst in Kent, for a simply brilliant festival-style wedding in the garden.

When Natasha Spencer sent over the final timeline for the day, I couldn’t believe my luck - fairground rides, a tarot reader, 16 cake cutters (!), the genius that is La Voix, plus a groom who specifically said he wasn’t interested in “any of that earnest posed sh*te” 😂😂. This was a day that was perfectly set up… and it wholeheartedly delivered.

A huge shoutout to the brilliant team of suppliers I worked with, and also to Jason and Nigel - so easygoing, full of laughter, and up for every bit of fun thrown their way. Their friends were just as brilliant to photograph too.

Katie and Tatton’s wedding at Tonnara di Scopello in Sicily was something really special. Rugged cliffs, turquoise water, and views that stop you in your tracks - it’s definitely one of a kind. What made it even more special (if that could even be possible!) was that they booked the venue for the entire weekend, giving their family and closest friends exclusive access. And with my other half Jessica as one of Katie’s bridesmaids, I was lucky enough to experience it all alongside them.

It was a weekend I won’t forget in a hurry - the swims, the food, the laughs with old friends, and most of all, the love between two beautiful people.

⚡️AMY + JON⚡️ Time to share what was a real London wedding adventure - from Hackney to Soho, via The Serpentine, with vintage buses and the trusty London Underground transporting a beautifully dressed crew of guests who fully embraced the “Upstage the Bride” dress code 👌 Amy and Jon’s day was a perfect example of how some of the best weddings are the ones that don’t follow the usual script.

Loved the energy of the day, which brought about one of my favourite moments of the year - Amy and Jon sharing a kiss on the Tottenham Court Road escalators on their way to the after party in Soho. And to top it off, a couple of recent WPJA Gold awards from the day too!

⚡️IMI + FREDDIE⚡️ This one has been waiting patiently on the sidelines for a year - from the initial enquiry, I knew it was going to be special - a wedding in an abandoned village, only accessible by a dirt road and tucked high in the Casentino hills in Tuscany? Yes please!

Imi and Freddie’s wedding at Novanta 90 was something else - with a ceremony amongst the trees, live music from family and friends, and possibly the best bride speech I’ve heard, it was a day that was not only aesthetically beautiful, but also full of heart.

⚡️TAS + JOSH⚡️ I’ve never photographed a back garden summer wedding quite like this one. I’ve never been in a back garden quite like this one! It was so vast that guests needed a map to navigate, and with a private lake offering boat rides, it was one of the best settings for a wedding I’ve had the privilege of photographing. Plus Tas and Josh were my kind of couple - relaxed, fun, and the heart of a very special day. And their cake cutting? Let’s just say it was anything but traditional…
