The ever evolving WynnDog event stand! It's had a few tweaks and updates over the years! While I printed off the show offers for herts county last week, I looked at a photo of the FIRST EVER event I'd booked onto in 2022 (see last photo)... where I had two days to put something together 😂.... but now look where we are! I'll be doing fewer shows in the future years (well, that's the plan!) but I was reflecting on the way home from HC yesterday and I really have met so SO SO SOOOO many amazing, wonderful, kind humans through these events. Even past ones that have been disappointing to attend for whatever reason (it's been an exhausting learning curve at times) , people remind you that they've got your back 🥰 ain't that special 😍

Anyway, just a reflective post to say thanks for stopping by and just having a nosey.... thanks for purchasing a photoshoot... and thanks for just coming by to just have a chat. The world is a strange place at the moment and we really are all better off supporting eachother as much as we can ❤️

I was organising my files this morning... a task that is 5 times longer than it ever needs to be because I always want to look at galleries again 😅 and then I see this beautiful soul dog who was the first chap to be photographed in the series last year (YEP STILL NEED TO POST ABOUT THAT!) and you may even recognise him, as he's a regular on the show scene..... it's honestly just aswel he's such a big dog, at least he's strong enough to carry all the rosettes he's gone home with 😂

Gorgeous gorgeous nic, I felt so privileged he (and his human) were part of the series and I got to have him infront of my camera 🥹 I mean just look at him 🥹

I may have gotten a little carried away 🙌 but given how utterly adorable he looks (matching his personality) combined with the sun doing it's thing 🌅 it makes it really difficult to call it a day and let people go home 😂 IYKYK

I bloomin' LOOOOVE family photos, and summertime sunsets, and the quiet wonder of nature at that hour (which admittedly is momuntarily disrupted by me making strange noises and/or announcing how beautiful everything looks because despite having done hundreds of golden hour shoots.... I'm always overjoyed when that light kicks in 😂)

Bao was a baby Samoyed with endless energy and smiles, loved by her fabulous owners. So what a perfect gang for that kind of dreamy evening 🥰

Mr Rocky Rock Star has been the poster boy on my website for YEEEARS because I dont have the heart to change it, even though the whole site needs an overhaul (any website-sorting people out there?! 😄)

There is NOTHING MORE WONDERFUL than seeing a sighthound run (sorry squirrels and bunbuns 🫣) but I was so glad he came back for a little studio session, it showed a more "cosy at home" version of Rocky when he got used to the setup 🥰

Now that the sun is out, people are starting to book in their gift vouchers... and rightly so! I realise I never mention them here, but they are available year-round, and fit ANY occasion. They make great new-home gifts (wall art for the new home = perfect!), wedding gifts, birthdays (dog and human), Christmas.... or just "hey, you're awesome and should be celebrated" gifts too 😉 (these can be bought for yourself with no judgement 🤭😏)

Gift certificates are fully customisable, too. They're a really unique way to acknowledge how much a dog means to someone... as you send them off into the sunset to make more special memories (okay, so there isn't always a sunset but I really do try my best). All wrapped up in the end with photographs they will love forever.

We're heading into splashy season and I'm hear for it! There are some beautiful locations for water shots I can recommend (although this one is now sadly closed 😪) but the sessions have to be mindfully planned so we can actually get some dry, floofy shots first 😂

Three spangles.
Three very different personailities (which I think is quite clear in this image 😆) and from memory I believe it was actually taken in one shot too 😂 which some spaniel owners might find suprising.

I keep coming back to this location because the evening light is just spectactular 😍 how lucky we are to have so many gorgeous places tucked away in Hertfordshire ❤️

This was taken last year at a Soul Dog Session (not the final image!) it's a small little detail and I find myself drawn to them more and more these days.

It's quite likely that this moment was actually taken when we were holding Frankie to stop him chasing after wildlife at dusk but you gotta grab the moment when you can sometimes 😂 also.... who doesn't love dog pawsies?! 😂

Did you come to see the gallery exhibited at POTG? I havent shared much about it..... yet 😉 (partly due to poor social media tactics but also.... I still have some things up my sleeve 🥰)

Anyhoo, if you're reading this and you have your very own soul dog... I might be a good photographer for you 🥰❤️❤️
