Half term as a business owner looks a bit like this…

Editing galleries whilst narrating every single task out loud to two small humans.
Taking “quick work breaks” between snack requests, water fights and random questions that absolutely cannot wait 😅

Is it always calm and perfectly balanced? Absolutely not.

But being able to work around my children instead of missing the whole week, begging for annual leave or squeezing family life into evenings only - that’s exactly why I chose this path!

For so many of our franchise team, it’s the same story too. Building something for themselves, while still being there for the school runs, the half terms, the ordinary little moments that matter most.

The laptop might get interrupted 37 times an hour, but I wouldn’t swap the freedom that comes with it ✨
