Story time…

We drove to Paris and back within 24 hours for this shoot!

Rachel called me to ask if I wanted to be part of a styled shoot in Paris and I jumped at the chance!

It was terrifying, you know those moments when they tell you to get out of your comfort zone… Well this was one of them

And look what came of it?!

The most stunning gorgeous images! Absolutely fabulous light, gorgeous architecture, getting to direct a beautiful couple under a little less pressure then a normal wedding day, whilst we took Paris by storm getting undressed under a big white sheet, make up touch ups on the streets and a whole day packed full of fun with the team!

I left feeling totally inspired, albeit very tired from having drove there and back in a day but we did good...we smashed it!

So if you’re getting married in Paris...call me!!

This is what shooting a wedding in 32 degrees looks like!

The sun did shine down for this special day. Filled with emotion, the high energy vibes from a HUGE team of friends that attended to celebrate!

There were so many moments throughout the day that were filled with joy, what’s clear to me is how much people LOVE to be a part of your day with you!!

Honestly, such a privilege to capture these kind of memories and be the one to preserve them, not just for today, but for the years to come!

A lot of the story of the day comes from the shots captured of the guests. (this is a great reason to have a second photographer shoot the alongside the main photographer).

This way you will gain a whole new insight into the moments of your day, of what the guests experienced, of the joy, laughter and moments that might have been missed. Captured, for you to see, giving you a detailed view into just how good your day was! It’s something that no one has ever regretted!

An effortlessly elegant summer celebration set against the backdrop of Botleys Mansion.

Timeless black tie, cascading white florals and the softest champagne toned details! An expected shower of rain during the ceremony, followed by the best of entertainment, dancing on tables and chairs, swinging napkins and speeches full of emotion and tributes to family members…

The kind of weddings that feel so beautiful to capture, the kind of days that stick in my memories!

Everything was truly perfect, the setting, the weather, the atmosphere, the love in the room, friends old and new and an 11 year relationship intertwined with school memories or growing up together. A commitment made, a forever promise and the start of forever together.

Hope & Luke’s wonderful intimate London Wedding!

Set at two of the most iconic London spaces - Raffles and Fitzrovia, I already knew this wedding was going to be special!

I loved that there was a theme for the guests, everyone was requested to dress black for black tie and it really added a beautiful elegance again the background of gorgeous white roses and checker board floor at the venue!

Timeless and wonderful memories made to last a life time!

Let’s talk about the most stressful part of the day and how to prepare for it to make sure everyone has a great experience whilst we still capture all the shots you want without overwhelming you or your time line...

You’ve probably heard some of this before.. asking a bridesmaid or groomsman for help but I also like to seperate the big shot list into two.. the priority list and the NON priority list.

Separating this allows us to break down the formals into two sessions so we don’t overload the cocktail hour and you can get back to mingling with your guests!

Not only that but this way actually considers peoples
experience, such as shooting the kids (whilst they’re happy)
and grandparents first so they can get back to relaxing and not have to feel as though they’re on call waiting for something!

Mr & Mrs Rose!!

A truly beautiful intimate, small London wedding, joined at the most iconic backdrop of the Fitzrovia Chapel… with the most well behaved little angel! Such a pleasure to be part of such a calm and serene wedding day.

Ive been really enjoying capturing small micro weddings over the years, how even though the guest numbers are less the love in the room is amplified.

Mr & Mrs Rose strolled through the streets of London wrapped up in the bubble love after making a beautiful commitment together, whilst I slipped alongside them capturing all the little moments together… it really was the perfect afternoon!

Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness together!
