Working in our two studios or on location either independently or with the clients involvement, our Photographers create images of the highest quality. From its inception in 1971 Photographic Assignments has adapted with technology and provides a modern approach to meet our clients expectations. With the photographic industry currently going through what is probably the most exciting transition in its history we have grasped the opportunity to further expand our service to an ever growing client base. Combining conventional techniques with over 40 years experience between our Photographers we can maintain our goal of producing images of the highest quality using the very latest digital equipment.

We’ve been busy in the studio over the last fortnight, but unfortunately we can’t share the results just yet.

We can’t show you the BTS images, the look of concentration on Mark’s face, or the laughter sparked by an in-joke. We can’t highlight the way the light kissed the product and brought out its shape and texture. And we can’t talk about how carefully the shoot was organised to optimise workflow and save the client money.

What we can say is this: the client left with a real sense of confidence and satisfaction, knowing the project had been completed to a high standard, on budget, and on time.

Projects like this are a reminder that great commercial photography is about far more than creating beautiful images — it’s about trust, collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering results under pressure. We’re proud to work with clients who value craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a production process that runs smoothly from start to finish.

While we can’t reveal the final work just yet, we’re excited about what’s coming and grateful to continue creating imagery that helps brands stand out with clarity, confidence, and impact.

There’s something about stepping out of the studio that sharpens the mind.

Yesterday we filmed a series of video interviews on location in a hotel suite in London, working with controlled light, tight spaces, and the kind of unpredictable variables you just don’t get in the studio.

Shooting on location pushes you to think differently, adapt quickly, and make creative decisions in the moment. Every room has its own character, every setup its own challenge—and that’s where the magic happens.

As experienced professionals, we pride ourselves on being reliable, adaptable, and easy to trust, no matter the environment or constraints.
