🌺 The thing about poppy fields is that they’re never guaranteed.

One year you stumble across the most incredible field, and the next year it’s nowhere to be found. Their season is so short, which makes finding them feel even more special.

It got me thinking about childhood.

The stage your children are in right now feels like it will last forever, but before you know it they’ve grown a little taller, lost the baby curls, found their confidence, or moved on from the things they once loved.

That’s why I believe so strongly in documenting families as they are today. Not waiting until life feels less busy or until the “perfect” time comes along.

Because these moments, just like the poppies, are here for a short while before they change into something new.

And one day you’ll be so glad you have photographs that take you right back to this version of them. ❤️

I am super excited to be back this year at the gorgeous Dane End Christmas Tree Farm .end.christmas

Last year’s sessions were so full of fun, cuddles, festive doggies 🐶 and the most gorgeous Christmas outfits and I have no doubt that this year’s sessions will be even better!!

Christmas tree mini sessions are suitable for families with children of all ages, maternity, couples and even doggies too (on a lead 🐾). So grab your loved ones, your best Christmas jumper and join me!!
