“12 Days of Scotland”

I know there should only be 12 Days but I couldn't do this without including this one - consider it a bonus - the flight to Barra - landing on the beach - the only commercial flights that land on the sand. Should be on every bucket list - Barra is a pretty special island to visit too.

Scotland has more than it's fair share of beautiful cottages - a few favourites here - the red roof cottage on Loch Shieldaig, Black Rock Cottage and the Wee White House in Glencoe and the croft house on Clashnessie Bay.

The beaches on the NW Scottish coast have to be some of the most beautiful you'll find anywhere - if a bit on the cold side - and hardly a soul to be seen. My favourites includes Achlelvich, Vestey's, Clachtoll, Clashnessie and Oldshoremore.

“12 Days of Scotland” - Day 10 - Torridon & Shieldaig

Spent a few days in the Torridon area last autumn - can't wait to go back there - such beautiful views and autmunal colours - just loved the views across Loch Shieldaig and Loch Torridon. Great little campsite at Shieldaig too.
