Lately I've been drawn more and more towards storytelling.
Not only perfectly posed portraits, but memories.

Your home. Your baby in your arms. The little details that will one day disappear.
Home sessions allow space for both - timeless portraits and real moments.

The era of AI and sameness really scares me, so documenting your story feels more important now than ever.

Some sessions stay with me a little longer.

This little pup almost didn't come along that day. You know that feeling - too much preparation, a bit of chaos...

I gently insisted.

Just a few days later, this beautiful dog passed away.

I'm so, so glad we captured these images.

We don't always realise in the moment how important photos can become ❤

Big Kids Portraits were inspired by photographing Antoni.
He loves his sessions.. and I love them even more!

This age is so special - full of personality, confidence, and little expressions you want remember forever.

And yet...most children at this stage don't have recent professional portraits.
The last time was often when they were babies.

I'm glad that it's not only me who agrees that we often stop taking professional photos of our children when they grow out of the 'baby stage' . Older children are full of personality - cheeky smiles, confidence, little expressions that change so quickly.

I've just had 2 bookings today for Big Kids Portraits - thank you so much!

These sessions are something I've wanted to introduce for a long, long time. It almost feels like a little mission of mine to photograph as many older children as possible - because they truly enjoy the experience, and they so rarely get the chance to have their portraits taken.
