They really don’t stay little for long, do they? 🥹

I photographed this little girl when she was a baby and now I’m photographing her as a big sister. How is that even possible?! Where does the time go??

My baby girl turned one last week, this weekend we bought her her first pair of shoes and tomorrow she has her first settling-in session at nursery 😭 I am NOT OK and I am not ready. Where has my baby gone?!

Don’t get me wrong, I am loving watching her grow, I just wish I could press pause every now and then. Anyone got access to Bernard’s Watch? 👀

I know my little social butterfly will be absolutely fine tomorrow and I know this will be so good for her. She’ll have lots of new things to explore, new people around her and I’m sure she’ll enjoy herself 💛 I think it’s just me who isn’t quite ready for another (big) milestone 🥹

So, any wise words, funny anecdotes or even jokes you can share with a mumma who will definitely be crying in the car park tomorrow morning as I leave her (for just two hours 🫣) will be greatly appreciated ♥️

This girl styled her shoot perfectly! Every look was so ‘her’. Effortlessly stylish, chic & oh-so-gorgeous 🫶🏼

Before every session I send you a pre-shoot guide with everything you need to know, including what to expect, what to bring and very importantly, what to wear!

I have a few pieces in my studio wardrobe that you’re very welcome to use and I’ll always give you guidance on outfits, colours, styles and pieces that I know photograph beautifully to create those timeless images.

But most importantly, I want you to feel like YOU.

If you’re a chocolate brown co-ord kinda gal rather than a flowy dress girlie, then bring the co-ord ! 🤎 Your photos should feel true to you & your style too.

At the end of the day they’re your images & I want you to feel like YOU 💛

We’ll always do our best to get ‘the’ smiling family photo, but it’s the fun in between moments you’ll end up loving the most ✨
