Tomorrow to add to the excitement of Glossop we have organised a quiz for under 16s collect the quiz sheet visit the Exhibition in the market hall and the young person could will all these goodies carefully selected by Winners notified Saturday evening /Sunday morning. Just return the quiz sheet to information desk and pop it in the box. And those with the correct answers are in a chance of being randomly selected to get some amazing treats!

EXHIBITION ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

we have now installed the photography exhibition entitled Spring which is part of Glossop Hub. During February we ran workshops and this gave photographers the opportunity to be considered for the exhibition based on the workshop skills they had gained. Exhibiting alongside professional photographers, artists and students.
The exhibition is on display until Sunday 17th May in

Derbyshire Makes Glossop Hub has a number of creative activities happening on Saturday 9th May all day including an exhibition by our creative friends .collective

Exhibition announcement 📣

we are pleased to announce at we have exhibition of Spring photography as part of our festival grant from we ran workshops and the result is photography inspired by the workshops and by additional professional photographers .This will be on display as part of of Glossop's Derbyshire Makes festival day which is the 9th of May. There are activities for all ages , a makers market, an art exhibition by .collective , making workshops and entertainment and a sewing bee on Sunday 10th of May and many more exciting activities. So come along for inspiration and creativity. thank you to .local and for support in securing the grant and to the Market Hall for the space to exhibit. The photography exhibition is up for over a week but do come on the 9th or 10th to join in all the other activities

Part of the fantastic of has curated the exhibition. . Salford Then and Now

Students Reede and Ella are exhibiting along side photographs by established photographer's archives of Salford and Steve Chapman. Proving that all documentary and street photography is important as we look back at how places and people were but how these two students have captured how Salford is now. The emotions, the characters and architecture of the past along side current Salford shows this city's spirit.
A recommendation to visit from Dark Peak Photo to Heights Library Exhibition is on till July check the library for opening times.
