A fun day playing in the Golf Scotland US Masters singles final today on the Torrance course at Fairmont St Andrews - thankfully the biblical thunderstorm that arrived just as I stepped onto the 1st tee passed over - and after an hour we got going and the sun came out again. Wish I'd brought my camera! 😄

Always fun to see where my images pop up! I was commissioned to photograph and film Deer Park last year and it was in great shape! This aerial image was one of my favourites.

Deer Park is primed for the new golfing season, with the course emerging from winter in outstanding condition following a comprehensive programme of investment and improvement works.

History bite. The Temple at Duddingston🏛️

One of the most iconic sights on our course isn’t actually about golf…

The Temple beside the 13th green dates back to the 18th century, long before golf was played here. It was built as part of the grand landscape of Duddingston House, serving as an ornamental “folly” designed for the Duke of Abercorn, purely for beauty, views, and a touch of classical elegance.

When the land later became our golf course, the Temple remained — and today it gives our famous “Temple” hole its name and character ⛳️
