Something about the process of coating your own paper feels so much more personal. We wanted this kit to feel less like a standard DIY project and more like a quiet, tactile ritual for your studio or kitchen table.
Each kit is a little different because of the mixing bowl. We’ve spent time finding and hand-selecting secondhand bowls to include in every box—giving these thrifted pieces a new life and a place in your creative practice.
What’s tucked inside:
• Light-sensitive chemicals (Ferric Ammonium Citrate and Potassium Ferricyanide)
• A unique, thrifted bowl for mixing
• Measuring pots
• Foam brushes and mixing sticks
• Gloves to keep your hands clear of the chemistry
It’s just a simple, slow way to prep your own paper and start sun-printing whenever the light hits right.
