August photo dump // biz + some life moments ✨

August was the month that reminded me what’s the most important, time and doing the things that truly light me up. I didn’t start my business to not have any time for life.

In between a busy month, I found the time to really switch off and focus on myself, I picked up my book again for the first time in months, spent so much time outdoors and looked after my body amongst the craziness in life.

September is calling for more slowness and spending more time getting back to myself just in time to celebrate 35 years around the sun 🌞

Sundays are my favourite, always.

Even on the odd Sunday if I end up working, I make sure to carve out some downtime because they feel sacred to me.

It’s the littlest things: watering my plants, my little rituals, the quiet moments in between.

This Sunday reminded me how much I need these slower mornings - bring on lots of slowness in September as my busy season is coming to a close this month ✨

A few slides from a shoot day with YOGA SOUL ~ Amera 🌿

This was mine and Amera’s second time working together and this felt like such a magical shoot, you could really see the growth in confidence since our last time and it was so wonderful to see her business thrive!

Amera teaches yoga but also specialises in massage and facials, and we wanted the shoot to reflect all of it. So we moved between the spaces we had: some shots for her products, some personal brand shots, some quieter moments in the studio and in her gorgeous outdoor space.

By the end we’d covered so much ground. It’s one of those days that reminds me why I love this job. Grateful to keep building with Amera and can’t wait to see where this next chapter of her business takes her.
