This lovely elopement at last week was the perfect reminder that your wedding doesn't have to look a certain way. Whether you're planning a celebration for 2 or 200, the most important thing is that it feels like you.

These quieter wedding days always have such a special atmosphere. More time together, more time to soak it all in, and more moments that are completely about the two of you.

A moment for the boys 🙌

While so much of the focus is naturally on the bridal preparations I always love spending a little time with the groom and his groomsmen too.

The nervous excitement, the last-minute tie adjustments, the laughs before the ceremony and those quiet moments when it all starts to feel very real.

These moments are just as much a part of the story.

And let's be honest, the boys usually bring plenty of personality to the day too!

Lemon yellow is definitely having a moment this year and honestly... I am here for it.

Such a gorgeous choice for a summer wedding. Bright, fresh, fun and it looked incredible against the Yorkshire sunshine.

Safe to say Rosie absolutely nailed the brief with her bridal party ✨

Gabriella & Stephen’s wedding at Grantley Hall was such a beautiful day to be a part of! From the moment I arrived, there was such a lovely calm atmosphere filled with so much excitement.

Grantley Hall is always an incredible setting for a wedding, but it’s the people and the moments that make each day unique Gabriella and Stephen made their wedding feel truly personal.

It was such a joy to capture their story and all those little moments in between that they’ll be able to look back on for years to come.

There’s always something a little different about photographing weddings here for me. Not only is it a beautiful venue, but it’s also where I got married myself, so it will always hold a special place in my heart.

Zoe & Morgan’s day had such a classic, timeless feel to it 🤍

Everything felt calm and considered but still full of so much love and emotion.

The quiet moments before the ceremony,the smiles, the little looks between them it all just felt so natural and full of pure love.
