Story of the build. Steel frameworks being erected. All part of documenting the high quality workmanship and excellent working practices of the team at Simpson, building contractors based in York.

Next stage - Roof going on, watch out for drones and a VERY big crane!

Adding value. That's something we do at . We do professional photography of properties for top end estate agents.
 
This helps to bring in more viewings, so that the vendor AND the estate agent get the very best price for their sale. Now at the moment, properties are flying, and one might consider that you don't need decent visuals if there are enough buyers out there, but the truth is you might be missing out on the best offer because you haven't attracted the maximum possible viewers. After all first impressions count, and if your listings look great, you'll get more clicks - it's proven.
 
A recent example is one of our client's properties in York - it sold within weeks and there was bidding between the two most interested parties. This got a sale well in excess of the list price.
