I also wanted to hop on here and address something really important that was recently brought to my attention.
It has come to my attention that some parents have been using AI tools to try and remove my logo and watermark from the photos. 🤖❌
While I completely understand how easy technology makes it to edit images nowadays, I wanted to share a few important points about why this is so detrimental to a small business and why it actually hurts the quality of your photos:
✨ Why branding matters:
As an independent photographer, my logo isn't just a stamp it’s how new families find my work, how I protect my copyright, and how I keep my business running. When watermarks are removed, it deprives my business of vital word-of-mouth exposure.
🤖 AI distortion:
AI tools don't just erase a logo they actively redraw parts of the image. This often distorts subtle features, meaning your child actually ends up looking different than they do in real life!
🖼️ Digital Package Rules & Reprints:
When digital images are released as part of packages, please note that they will be digitally signed. ✍️💻
Social Media Use Only: These digital files are strictly licensed for sharing on social media. 📱
No Reprints: They are not permitted for re-printing elsewhere. High-quality physical prints must be ordered directly through me to ensure proper color and resolution. 🖨️🚫
