It's hard to know what to wear when filming.

We've got you though so don't worry!

Solid colours with no big brand logos are always preferred but the one no is thin stripes and sometimes, waffle-like textures. These can create an effect called moiré in the camera which makes the texture look weird and we won't necessarily notice it until we go to edit.

Instants is Instagram's newest feature where you can share quick snaps that people can view once... so Snapchat.

It's not something we're going to start using (no one needs to see any more "real" moments than what we already post on our stories) and we don't think it's going to help business accounts but you may feel differently. Have you tried it yet? What are your thoughts?

Social Media is not a popularity contest!

We know it's still a metric that people look at, but Followers are not that important. It's one of Carly's biggest pet peeves and we're sure even with this video we'll get a comment that says something like "You're only saying that because you've ONLY got X number of followers!"

Carly has over 15k followers on Instagram, compared to our 2700, but half the amount of interaction that the DC account gets 🤷🏼‍♀️ They're the metrics you should be focusing on people!

Ok, maybe it turned into a rant in the caption... Let us know what you think. Do you care about followers?

It’s National Rescue Dog Day so we thought it only right to do a video of the furry member of DC!

We adopted Hugo in 2023 from after he was found as a stray in Ireland. He was only around 18 months old when we met him so we realistically think he spent his time as a puppy out in the elements 😢

Though he’s still not a fan of the dark or wet and windy weather, he has definitely settled into life as a family dog.

If you’re thinking about adopting a dog, this is your sign to do it! There are so many loving dogs, just like Hugo in centres up and down the UK.
