This SUNDAY 📆 see the Moon's Rupes Recta 🌖 also known as the Straight Wall

A curious feature of the Moon, the Recta is a linear wall that, when the sun hits the right angle, casts a shadow, making it much easier to see, even with a small telescope

You can spot it on the southern hemisphere of the Moon on Sunday, 24th May

Missed it? You can see the Rupes Recta one day after the first quarter moon, so keep an eye out next cycle for this phenomenon
