In just two weeks, the gates will be open to the 2026 Festival at Cheltenham Racecourse.
The preparation began when the 2025 Festival gates closed, the menus were devised soon after, and the tastings quickly followed. Here’s a throwback to some of the images I captured during the Chez Roux tasting back in November.
