Mother to this absolute princess Willow who I named my business after, who knows, maybe one day she'll continue it in the future. I am fully set on making this something very special. Something that's affordable for every family and mothers to be as I know having babies can be a pinch on the purse strings but we would all love those great photos of our little ones to treasure forever as it passes

so quickly. I reside in Dumfries and apart from spending every spare second I can squeezing my little one, I enjoy meeting other growing families especially the tiny ones, exploring the great outdoors with Willow and my black Lab. I would love to share these special moments with you capturing everything for you to cherish forever.

I met a very incredible little Freya today, who at just 3 weeks old has already been through more than most of us could ever imagine. 🤍 I genuinely cannot wait to get her gallery back to her mum and dad.

It got me thinking… maybe Freya is just one of those names destined for greatness. ✨

Because I also had the absolute pleasure of meeting another little Freya who completely stole my heart.

The tiniest gymnast with the BIGGEST fire in her belly. 🔥

She is STRONG.
She is DETERMINED.
She is a real-life PRINCESS. 👑
She is a CHEEKY MONKEY.
And she has that wonderfully MAGICAL little mind that only toddlers seem to have — where the world is whatever they decide it is that day. ✨

And honestly, watching her mumma absolutely gush over her while giving her the space to just be her wonderful, wild little self was every bit as lovely as photographing her.

Just letting Freya be Freya. 🤍

And what a little force she is.

Two tiny Freyas. Two very different stories. Both already showing the world just how much strength can fit inside the smallest of people.

I think the name Freya might just come with a little extra magic. ✨

Today’s forecast: 100% chance of CAKE EVERYWHERE 🎂💥😂

THREE cake smashes today… nature 🌿, farm 🚜🐮 and princess 👑✨ I cannot wait to see the chaos unfold! Let the carnage commence!!! 😂🎂

Then, once the cake has settled, I’ve got two teeny tiny newborns coming in to restore the peace 🥹🤍 From cake-smash madness to sleepy newborn snuggles… the perfect balance!

Yesterday was such a lovely mix of SPORTRAITS ⚽️📸 and family sessions too. What a weekend!

I always say it but maybe I need to get louder..... I think if Sof wasn't gifted this she wouldn't have these to look back on forever.

You might not think you look your best... You might not have had the easiest pregnancy.... But give me 30 minutes I promise you'll feel amazing. You'll appreciate your body for the first time before bub arrives and then you'll have another admiration for what you just did. You!! Your body!!

Apologies for the silence! I’ve just been trying to get all caught up behind the scenes. 🤍

I’ve had such a wonderful August — a very mixed bag of sessions, and a massive amount of maternity sessions this month! 🥰

I’m so excited to meet all the beautiful newborns arriving throughout September and October. There’s a little magical baby boom happening just now, and I absolutely love it. ✨

Speaking of magic… just look at this wonderful lot! 😍

It’s families like this that make me think…...one more baby is a good idea, right?! 😂🤍

Thank you, as always, for keeping me so busy doing what I love. I’m feeling very grateful. ✨

I'm not crying… YOU are. 🥹

And just like that… the school holidays are over.

Another year of holding that little hand on the walk to school… and then letting it go. ❤️

I miss the noise.

I miss the “Mumma…”every 30 seconds.

I miss the random questions, the arguing, the snacks, the chaos… even the bits that drove me completely mad.

But THIS day on social media?

Probably one of my favourites.

All those fresh little faces.
The oversized uniforms.
The ridiculously shiny shoes.
The new hairstyles.
The bags they were desperate to choose themselves.

And when you look back through the years, you start noticing the little things.

The school bags change.

The shoes get bigger.

The characters and obsessions on their bags and pencil cases come and go.

And somehow, without you even noticing…your baby grows up.

How do you all hold up? Would love to see how your little ones got on too

Right… who gave the summer holidays permission to go this quickly?! 😭🫣😔

I’m genuinely a little emotional that we’re heading towards the end of them. It’s been SUCH a good summer.

I’ve had the best time in the studio, but I’ve also been lucky enough to be invited along to some pretty bloody lovely locations around Dumfries & Galloway. I really should start documenting more of my own adventures… but apparently I’m far too busy sticking a camera in everyone else’s face 😂

And then there’s this little dude.

Archie-Angus | 5 months old.

Honestly, this boy has life absolutely sussed.

Two parents who are completely obsessed with him, a ridiculous amount of love, and the happiest little bubble surrounding him. He spent his session being cuddled, adored and generally treated like the tiny celebrity he clearly believes himself to be 😂

And I mean… look at him. I’d be obsessed too.

This is the bit of my job I never get bored of. Meeting families, seeing their personalities, getting to hang out in their world for a little while and somehow calling it work.

Pretty lucky, really. 🤍
