A few weeks ago, I spent the day with Pet Sitting by Beth reliving my dog walking years. It’s impossible for me to pick favourites from this gallery so here’s just one that sums up the day perfectly. 🫶🏻

After my busiest week so far, out of office is now on! I’ll be away until the end of May, recharging my batteries (camera and my own) and refreshing my eyes after some big sessions over the past few weeks 💆🏼‍♀️

My diary is filling up for over summer so if you’ve been wanting to book that sunny session, don’t hang about. As always, I’m forever grateful for the endless support! Blessed to be able to say I genuinely love my job 🫶🏻

Missed more than a few Sunday Series posts but you’ll have to forgive me, I’ve been busy making the jump to full time photographer life! ✨

Here’s one of my favourite photos for this Sunday. A little more editing went into it than the final photo would have you believe! 🧡

It’s been a long time since I last posted so we have a lot to catch up on, starting with a favourite from my last shoot of 2025!

A last minute decision to change locations worked out so well that I’ve now added Heaton Park to my recommendations! It’s always a pleasure having Eddie in front of the camera 📸🧡

A little late with the ‘25 roundup but it’s been hard to sum up my first year in business in just a couple photos. 📸

The year started on a high with my busiest season yet, then hit a low when I found myself juggling two jobs and a growing business. I feel like I’m still recovering from a setback summer but I’m now more determined than ever to see this dream through to reality. ✨

Thank you to anyone that has ever supported me in any way, from the clients that book me to the serial likers and sharers. I have limited availability left for January but my diary is open for the rest of the year. 🫶🏻

It’s Sunday so that can only mean one thing! ✨

As with all my portraits, this favourite of Hugo was taken on my 50mm lens. The spring light was soft and bright allowing for ISO 100, with an aperture of f/1.8 for that dreamy background and a fast shutter speed of 1/800 for another fast spaniel. 📸

This was my second shoot with Hugo and his family, and we’ve since gone on to do one more with another in the pipeline. It really is true what they say, ‘the best compliment you can give a photographer is to keep inviting them back to document your life.’ 🫶🏻

The Sunday Series is back and I’m kicking it off with one of my favourites! ✨

Taken on my first shoot with The Mutt Nut team way back in October ‘24.

This was taken on my go to lens, the nifty fifty, at ISO 100 for the harsh autumn sun, a fast shutter speed of 1/640 to match a fast spaniel and a smaller aperture than I usually go for at f/5.6 to keep Olive center stage in the long grass. 🌾

Black dogs are notoriously difficult to photograph and even harder to edit but it’s thanks to the countless hours spent practicing with Olive that makes creating photos like this one feel like an art! 🫶🏻

I won’t be sharing anymore photos from the session whilst it’s on my editing screen so here’s one from our last shoot earlier this year. I’d been wanting to nail this shot for a long time so with Eddie’s agility background and his mum’s ability to aim tennis balls at my head, we got it! 🦊✨
