Charlotte & Will are exactly the kind of couple who remind you that weddings don’t have to follow anyone else’s rules 🖤
The day kicked off at Charlotte’s home, where she got ready with her favourite people before an emotional first look with her dad ahead of walking down the aisle. There were tears, hugs and alllll the good stuff.
Then it was off to Devil’s D**e Farm, where the outdoor ceremony space was looking sooo good amongst the Sussex hills. Will was waiting for his bride, surrounded by a crowd of friends and family who were absolutely ready to celebrate.
These two absolutely nailed the personal touches. Their confetti cones were made from old recipes and mental health advice sheets- a brilliant nod to their lives and careers, with Charlotte working as a mental health nurse and Will as a chef. Thoughtful, meaningful and completely them.
After a ceremony packed with happy tears and huge grins, everyone lined up for a confetti shower back down the aisle before the party really got started.
And what a party. Will, being one of Brighton’s seriously talented chefs, had enlisted his mates to help create an incredible wedding feast. There were cool details everywhere, including perhaps the most rock ‘n’ roll wedding platter I’ve seen- ci******es and painkillers sitting proudly amongst the wedding chaos. Iconic.
We snuck away for some portraits while a few rain clouds rolled dramatically across the Downs, but Charlotte and Will couldn’t have cared less. They were too busy laughing, cuddling and soaking up every second together.
A few brilliant speeches later, I left them exactly where they belonged - surrounded by their favourite people, great food, plenty of drinks and ready to dance the night away.
So cool, completely themselves and not interested in doing anything by the book. My favourite kind of wedding 🖤
