After spending the day in Studland and Swanage where Charley enjoyed a cooling swim we went to Bramble Bush Bay to watch the sunset. It’s a lovely location, quite quiet and often overlooked but lovely all the same. Hope you like the photos.

Today we made our way over to Studland, for the last 48 days I’ve been watching videos of Sam Culley walking The South West Coast Path. Today he was finishing and I was hoping to see him at the finish line. Things conspired against us and we arrived to late, luckily he was still there with his Mum and Dad and I managed to get a selfie and said well done and how much I’ve enjoyed watching his journey. He’s been raising money for Mountain Rescue and has raised a staggering £140,000 including gift aid. I’ve added his latest video in the comments so you can watch, follow and donate if you’d like. It was a pleasure meeting you Sam and your Mum and Dad. Anyway in the absence of missing Sam I got Charley to pose by the sign the starts/ends The South West Coast Path.

So this was Friday evenings Red Arrow display over The English Riviera. They definitely wowed the crowds all along the beach,Charley kept me compliant by laying down next to me and going to sleep. I’ve included the one amazing shot I’m really proud of even though I’ve shown you already. Hope you won’t get bored of so many planes cos that’s what I’m currently sorting through. Would love to know what you think?

While we were staying in Torbay to watch the air show it would have been rude not to have taken a couple of photos of the bridge and wheel at Torquay. It was illuminated in various different colours until 10pm when it was switched off as you can see in the last photo. Still some lovely colour and reflections just after sunset. Hope you like them?

So after a stressful few days we finally made it to The English Rivera Air show, well being The Red Arrows number one fan I couldn’t not come and see them this year, first time using my new camera and was really pleased to have grabbed this shot. There may well be a few more to share with you but this is definitely my favourite. Hope you like it as much as I do.

Sunday night saw us at West Bay watching there fireworks, for such a small location they put on an amazing display as always, unfortunately my release cable stopped working so had to make do with various settings. Long exposure ranging from 5 seconds to 15,hence why the ending few were a little overexposed. Still hopefully the next lot will be better.

I know it’s another photo of Charley but he’s been my lifeline yet again. This was one from last week when Charley took me for a walk round Newquay and down to the beach to watch the waves hitting the island with the house on. It was a really windy day, though lucky no rain fell. Hope you like it? I’ll try sharing a few more where Charley was just sad beside me enjoying the view.

So we made it to Cornwall for what I hoped would be a relaxing week, looking for our new bungalow, making memories and enjoying being in my happy place. Unfortunately our car broke down and had to be returned back to the repair shop back at home so Cornwall without a car and all the hassle that went with it has made for a stressful few days. This young man has been looking after me lots, apart from yesterday on the beach when he turned into the devil dog but I’ve forgiven him for that. Today he supervised me taking a sunset at Kynance Cove. Rather chilly in the wind so he made sure I didn’t stay out long. Isn’t he a love!

Shock horror it’s a photo without Charley in it! Although he wasn’t far away having found a mud puddle to wallow in. Couldn’t resist this little path through the bluebells. The sun illuminating the grass and green trees made a nice photo, hope you agree?

Haven’t had enough of looking at the bluebells so as it was a sunny bank holiday Monday Charley took me for a walk around Blackberry Camp. Thanks also to my long suffering Mum for driving me there and waiting patiently with Dad while I took photos. I’ve not been feeling 100% with vertigo and stress so tried to take it slow! Although my boy was itching to run riot he behaved briefly so I could take a couple of photos. This is one I captured on my iPhone! Love his expression on here watching some other dog. Will see if the camera ones look ok when I upload them later.
