My first ever encounter with Arctic Tern whilst staying on the Isle of May!

Great to see these birds breeding back on the island after a couple years absence. To think what these birds see is incredible, with them travelling from their Arctic breeding grounds to the Antarctic in time for another summer. What a life! 🤩

It was great to see lots of fish including Sandeels coming in as the first Pufflings had hatched.

Plenty of more seabird photos on the way, just need to edit them 😅

It’s a wrap!! 🎬

Over the last three weeks and I have been filming on the amazing Isle of May. 9 filming days, 4 boat journeys, and 1000s of seabirds later, we have now finished!

An incredible experience that I will never forget. Would highly recommend visiting if you get the chance.

Thanks to everyone at , , and everyone at the Isle of May Bird Obs for being so accommodating and lovely!

Thought I’d spend an hour or so seawatching this afternoon - never thought I’d see my first ever Orcas! 😮

We were able to track them heading north for about half an hour, with their absolutely massive dorsal fins appearing out the water. It was distant, so no video footage, but an absolutely amazing experience I’ll never forget 🤩

We’re back for another week on the Isle of May 😍🎥

Great to see the Arctic Terns nesting on the island once again, with some now on eggs! Pufflings have been hatching too, with the adults now bringing in sandeels 🤩

Had to be done… the classic Puffin shot!

Dreamt of going to a place like the Isle of May since I was little - being surrounded by thousands of Puffins was an experience like no other. They’re full of character and quite skittish on the island. On days where it’s choppy out at sea, the sky and every available bit of land is covered in them 😮

Looking forward to heading back for round 2 of filming this week 🎥
