MY MOLLY 🧡

I still feel so overwhelmed with love and emotion at the fact that we’re in our last week of pregnancy and we are so grateful that we have been able to bring a new baby girl into this world.

My love for Molly couldn’t be more full and she amazes me every day. Isn’t she glowing?

I wanted to capture our last moments together on camera and this was a walk we haven’t done before so it felt special.

I love you Molly 🧡

MY PICKLED BEETROOT đź«ś

This time of year is time to start preserving all that amazing produce we’re lucky enough to be getting.

I had a load of organic beetroot in my fridge that needed using from our veg boxes from so I made these pickled beets. Super easy.

- I boiled the beets first, peeled them and then made a brine made up of apple cider vinegar, pomegranate molasses, and spices by .blends then added water to it.

- Then chopped the beets, with red onion and pomegranate seeds and added it all to a mason jar with the brine!

- Always try and have something pickled of fermented in my fridge.
