📸 Missed school photo day?

If your child missed their school photographs through illness or absence, I’m offering a small number of School Photo Catch-Up Sessions at the Creative Portraits studio.
These are also perfect if you’d like:

- brothers and sisters from different schools photographed together
- a fresh school portrait if you weren’t keen on the one taken at school
- a simple, relaxed alternative to the usual school-photo

The session is £15 per child and includes one digital image.

Additional digital images and print packs will also be available if you’d like them.

Children should come along in their school uniform and I’ll photograph them in the same simple, timeless style you’d expect from a school portrait.

Life gets busy.

Days become months, months become years and before we know it, children have grown and far too much time has passed since everyone was together.

For National Poetry Day, we wanted to share this lovely reminder to make time for family, laughter and the moments we’ll one day be grateful we kept.

Because family photographs aren’t only for today. Over time, they become part of our story, memories to enjoy now and treasured heirlooms for the generations still to come.

Who do you wish you could gather together for a family portrait?

Happy National Poetry Day from Creative Portraits 📷

📷 Photography Walk in Stanley Park 🌿

Fancy a relaxed hour or so in beautiful surroundings with like-minded people?

Join me on Tuesday 26th May at 2pm for a friendly Photography Walk around Stanley Park. We’ll meet outside the café before heading off for a gentle walk, taking photographs, chatting and enjoying the park together.

All ages and abilities are genuinely welcome, whether you use a professional camera or simply your phone.

Along the way I’ll share a few simple tips and tricks of the trade from my 20 years as a professional photographer, helping you see light, composition and everyday scenes a little differently.

This is very much about community, creativity and wellbeing rather than technical perfection.

Hopefully the first of many.

If you’d like to come along, simply comment below or send me a message.
