Eat well in this cold weather litte robin, you have a busy few months ahead building your nest and feeding your chicks.

Did you know that small birds like robins can benefit from high calorie foods to maintain body heat in cold weather?

I'm putting out a fresh mixture of lard, oats and meal worms each morning in a clean dish to provide a fat based, calorie rich, high protein food source.

And on reflection, this little chap seems quite happy with the offering!
