From the quiet moments of getting ready at home to an afternoon filled with laughter in the gardens, this wedding at The Carriage Rooms felt beautiful from beginning to end.
After a heartfelt church ceremony, everyone made their way to Montalto, where guests gathered in the walled gardens with drinks in hand, catching up with family and friends while violins played softly in the background. We wandered down to the lake for some timeless photographs before making use of the stunning white glasshouse, which provided the perfect setting for a few quieter moments together.
One of my favourite details from the day was seeing the bride wear her mum’s veil — a meaningful family item with a truly beautiful gown. The dress featured oversized floral appliqués flowing across the skirt and train, creating the most incredible texture and movement. It was one of those dresses that looked stunning from every angle.
There’s something special about weaving film into a wedding gallery — capturing moments with a softness and nostalgia that feels timeless. And the funny reactions glances and smiles it gets from guests.
A relaxed celebration centred on family, faith, meaningful traditions, and making the most of a beautiful & dry afternoon at Montalto Estate. A privilege to document every part of it.
