Its that time of year when couples are getting engaged and planning wedding days. Not only can I photograph your day but with many weddings under the belt over nearly 15 years I can help you plan your day and give advice on the decisions you make.

The benefits of working away from home - North Coast time.

Its a piece of advice going back nearly 10 years from a workshop - always scout your locations before the wedding day or be there early to do it. Different lenses will affect depth of field and also your perspective. With your wedding portraits these are the things that make them stand out. Experience and knowledge of these things counts for much more than you think which is why you pay for it.

For years I have developed a style based on tradtional camera film called portra. I like the colours and blacks. The photo is enchanced to look like this. Why? It becomes a little technical and photographically nerdy and you may fall asleep.
Choose a wedding photographer who has this knowledge, who knows more than how to just push a button.
