The Edge Event, Newcastle 2026.

Full AV and streaming for the day: PA system, six wireless mics, audio and video tech on site, and an ATEM setup for the live stream plus routing presentations into the room and online.

Paul Smith HAPPY at Utilita Arena Newcastle.

Vision mix on home turf with UK Events Group. Same brief as the rest of the HAPPY run: cameras and operators feeding the IMAG screens so the back of the room gets the same show as the front.

IMAG on the screens. Stream online. Same production.

When the field and the people at home see the same cut, you are not paying two crews to shoot the same stage. We bring the cameras, the vision mix, and connectivity that fails over when the site has nothing useful.

Another cracking weekend, this time at Reminisce Festival with the team from oXyFire Media.

We delivered the full camera and video package on the Bounceback Arena, producing the stage's live output on site and sending it back over fibre to the main control room, where it was mixed into the wider Reminisce arena stream.

The kit list on the day:
• 24ft jib
• 3 cameras at FOH
• 6 cameras on and around the stage
• 1 RF camera for pit and crowd work

3 operated positions, 4 PTZs, one stage, and zero drama. Huge credit to the crew who made it look easy, and another great collaboration with oXyFire Media. Onto the next one!

Streaming outdoors brings extra challenges: weather, power access, and connectivity all need careful planning.

With the right setup and redundancy in place, outdoor live streams can be just as reliable and professional as indoor broadcasts.

Live production is where planning, technology, and teamwork come together in real time.

From IMAG and multi-camera coverage to live switching and graphics, every element needs to work seamlessly while the event is happening.

There’s no pause button, which is why experience matters.

We have started on Paul Smith's
HAPPY UK tour with UK Events Group Ltd!

It is his biggest run yet, taking in the UK, Ireland, Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand.

On a comedy tour the audience is half the show, so the cut has to be ready for something that was not in any running order, because it happens every single night and never twice the same way.

Same show, different room, night after night. That consistency is the actual product.

Strong live productions aren’t built on the day.

They’re designed in advance, tested, and rehearsed so when the event starts, everything just works.

That preparation is what keeps shows calm behind the scenes and professional on screen.

The Diaspora Calling made its UK debut at Milton Keynes National Bowl a couple of weeks back, with Ms Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean performing The Score in full.

We were there with Buzz Drones providing drone ops for the main stage.

Aerials at a bowl are worth the planning. It is one of the few UK sites where the shape of the venue is part of the story, and you only really see that from above. Getting it safely is the bit people do not see. Permissions, flight windows, crowd overflight rules and a plan that survives a running order moving around.

We’re really looking forward to this one in collaboration with oXyFire Media 🔥
