Lovely place to hang out alone or with others and grab a takeout too thanks guys Soul Kitchen - Berwick friendly and approachable and love what they do! Looking forward to seeing what I can help with in the future. The coffee is so good so if you haven't tried to get yourself here to try out 💚

Thank you North Tyneside Council for lighting up purple last night , next year I will try my best to get there but at least it's put POTS UK and the community awareness of this debilitating condition we as suffers , family , carers and the wider world have to face every minute of every single day , thank you 💜💜

This evening St. Mary’s Lighthouse will be joining in with many other iconic buildings across the U.K. and will be illuminated purple to shine a light on and observe PoTS Awareness Day 💜

PoTS stands for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and is an abnormality of the autonomic nervous system.

It’s great that something so simple, yet beautiful can shine a light on a cause which is so close to many people.

In memory of a beautiful Angel who was a big part of many peoples lives the world is lost without you but we will keep remembering our names in your memory forever. In aid of St Oswalds Hospice which Helen was so passionate about raising awareness and fundraising for a service that is very much needed and she was part of service. Thank you for everything from a close friend for looking after my friend the unimaginable difficult time

My story on an illness I was diagnosed with before my photography came around and it's a part of me. It's made me more mindful to slow down , pace and appreciate every day like it's your last and in the moment that's what photography does to me.

Thank you photography for finding me I'm eternally grateful 💜

Thanks pots UK for allowing me to do this and the support over the years it's awareness today tomorrow so I am sharing my story again in hope it reaches more awareness and understanding thank you. 😊 Link in the comments 💜
