❤️⚽ A Proud First Step for Dads & Lads FC ⚽❤️
On Sunday, Dads & Lads FC proudly made our debut at the Ant Watson Memorial Trophy at Sellindge Sports & Social Club, a fantastic tournament held in support of PTSD UK.
Competing alongside Saltwood AFC, Folkestone Lions, Folkestone Pirates, Shadoxhurst, Sellindge, Chartham and SE Swans, it was an honour to represent the Dads & Lads badge for the very first time.
Whilst the results didn't quite go our way, this club has never been about scorelines alone.
It was about bringing people together, building friendships, supporting a fantastic cause and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
A huge thank you to the organisers, officials, volunteers, every club involved and everyone who came along to support. Congratulations to all of the teams for making it such a brilliant day of grassroots football.
A special thank you also goes to Paul Christopher James Taylor from Half a World Away Media for generously volunteering his time to capture these incredible moments. We can't wait to share more of his fantastic work over the coming days. 📸💙
