Recently, 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗶𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲 brought a taste of to Copenhagen through an evening where connections between cuisine and artistic endeavour were explored.

From the very first moment at Tramonto Copenhagen, guests were invited to discover the Italian region by experiencing two complementary forms of storytelling: food and illustration.

Through their work, the chefs Francesco Pusineri, Giorgia Cravero, and illustrator Viola Gesmundo offered different interpretations of the unique territory, traditions, and sensory memories that make Piemonte a special place.

Each course highlighted the flavours and heritage of its mountain picks and lush countryside 🌾 , while the illustrations translated those same inspirations into visual narratives 🎨 . Together, they created a dialogue between taste and image, showing how different creative disciplines can enrich and expand one another.

More than a dinner, the evening became a shared moment of discovery and conversation. Around the table, guests experienced Piemonte through multiple perspectives, demonstrating how food and art can create meaningful connections and bring people together.

A shared table. A shared language. A shared discovery. 🥂

An evening teemed with feelings...

An 18th-century venue in the heart of Copenhagen. The scent of Mediterranean herbs in the air. The textures of handcrafted fabrics beneath our fingertips. The flavours, colours, and stories of Sardinia unfolding throughout the evening.

Recently, at the Residence of the Italian Ambassador in Denmark, in collaboration with Visit Sardinia we hosted a multisensory dinner dedicated to the soul of .

A selected group of Danish journalists, bloggers, and content creators was invited to experience an evening where craft, culture, and gastronomy came together to tell the story of an island unlike any other.

Every detail was thoughtfully curated. The tableware was handcrafted by Sardinian artisans, while the menus featured fabrics inspired by traditional local costumes. Running through the centre of the table was a fragrant path of wild Mediterranean herbs, recreating the aromas of Sardinia's lush landscapes and bringing a piece of the island into the room 🌿

As guests sipped Sardinian wines and discovered unexpected flavour pairings, such as mint sorbet with pecorino cheese and grilled lamb with almond cream, they were invited to engage all their senses: to touch, smell, taste, and immerse themselves in the essence of Sardinia.

For a few hours, Copenhagen felt closer to the Mediterranean. And we must admit... it was a delight for us to experience it too. ✨

🏅Do you remember the Marchio Ospitalità Italiana?

We continue to work on this project to recognize Italian restaurants and pizzerias in Denmark that stand out for their quality, authenticity, and true Italian spirit.

The evaluation goes beyond the origin of ingredients. We also look at the atmosphere, the décor, the service, and the overall hospitality that guests experience from the moment they walk through the door.

This initiative is carried out by Italian Chambers of Commerce around the world, and today we are proud to celebrate a new addition to the list of certified restaurants in Denmark: 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼.

✨Located in one of Denmark's most exclusive corners, Altopalato offers a refined dining experience where the menu changes weekly, following the rhythm of the seasons and nature.
Most of all, Altopalato stands out for its warm hospitality. The guests are accompanied through a culinary journey; each wine and course is presented as part of a story, creating a truly immersive experience.

👏 Congratulations to Altopalato on this well-deserved recognition!

The Artforward partners just gathered in Reggio Emilia for the final Transnational Project Meeting.

✍️ For two intensive days, we worked side by side to shape the final steps of the project: the dissemination events that will bring Artforward's results to our local communities the creation of The Booklet, a work aiming at carrying the project's legacy forward and inspire future educators, students and creative professionals.

The meeting was not only a valuable moment for planning and co-creation, but also an opportunity to reflect on the relationship between education, sustainability and art.

Through our visit to , we explored an innovative educational approach where discarded materials are no longer seen as waste, but as resources full of potential.
Here, objects become subjects of exploration, teaching us how giving materials a second life can also inspire new ways of learning and perceiving the reality.

At the Loris International Centre, we discovered the principles of the Reggio Emilia educational approach, where creativity, participation and curiosity are at the heart of the learning process, offering powerful inspiration for a more sustainable and human-centred future.

At the we got an insight on urban renovation and revitalization, where sustainability, innovation and digitalization take the central stage together with the people in it.

But the TPM was also a wonderful occasion to reconnect with the students who participated in the Green Academy in Copenhagen, hear about their experiences, and wish them the very best for their upcoming exams 🍀

Thanks to all partners for sharing the same concerns about society, environment and new generations, and collaborating together to find solutions through creativity and education!

At the beginning of the month, we collaborated with Confindustria Ancona to organize a Study Tour in Denmark, with the ultimate goal of offering participating companies a unique learning experience through direct engagement with some of the most innovative organizations on the international stage.

We designed the tour as an educational journey, leading the guests to discover how key players in the Danish professional ecosystem address strategic and operational challenges in highly competitive and constantly evolving markets.

The main themes explored throughout the program included:
💡 Organizational and managerial innovation
💡 Advanced manufacturing and production systems
💡 Human capital development
💡 Sustainability and future-oriented business models.

Through company visits, meetings with top management, and open discussions, Confindustria Ancona and its guests had the opportunity to gain new perspectives, exchange best practices, and strengthen their competitive vision for the future.

During the tour, the delegation was welcomed by outstanding organizations such as Metroen, Carlsberg, Ørsted, and Radiometer. Each of them offered valuable insights into innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

🌤️ Of course, with the sun shining over Copenhagen and the first colors of spring beginning to appear, moments of leisure could not be missed! So, the participants also took the opportunity to explore the city, enjoying a canal tour and the breathtaking view of Copenhagen from above.

The monthly update on HR, taxation, and administration in Denmark is out!

This , we explore a pleasant surprise many white-collar employees may notice in their payslip in May and August: Ferietillæg and Store Bededag.

These are two salary supplements granted to employees with a fixed monthly salary, helping balance differences with hourly-paid blue-collar workers.

⚠️ Many companies still wonder how these compensations should be calculated. Indeed, incorrect management may lead to payroll errors, employee complaints, or requests for clarification during union or administrative inspections.
Understanding the Danish payroll system is essential for both employers and employees.

📌 Discover how it works in our latest article, in Italian: https://www.danitacom.org/it/news/lavoratori-white-collar/
Stay tuned for more updates.

Che cosa sono il Ferietillæg ed il Store Bededag e che cosa comportano per l'azienda e per la busta paga del dipendente?

Today, Danitacom welcomed 21 young adults for our Pre–Financial Awareness Day workshop! 💶

Although the official Financial Awareness Day is celebrated on August 14, we decided to start the conversation earlier... because there is never a wrong time to think about personal finance, especially for young people taking their first steps into adulthood.

Managing money today comes with both opportunities and challenges, from growing inflation to rising living costs across Europe. That is why financial awareness is more important than ever.

Through a mix of theory, practical examples, and scenario-based learning, participants explored how budgeting can become a powerful tool to support everyday life: reducing financial stress, lowering the risk of debt, and helping save for meaningful goals.

Creating a personal budget may sound simple, but building one that is truly useful requires consistency, time, and commitment. The reward, however, is invaluable: being in control of your finances and making conscious decisions about where and how to allocate your money.

Another key topic of the workshop was setting short-, medium-, and long-term goals. What is your ultimate goal? How can you achieve it concretely? Taking the time to calculate the resources needed and planning a realistic path toward your objectives can be eye-opening and empowering.

And what about you?
📊 Are you aware of how much you spend each month?
💰 Do you follow the 50/30/20 rule, allocating 50% of your income to needs, 30% to wants, and 20% to savings?

As partners of the project Finaman+, we are creating learning materials and tools to support young adults in their financial literacy journey.

🌱 Another milestone of our Artforward project has been achieved!

This month, together with Tap'Art bordeaux and Liceo Artistico Chierici, we created a meaningful connection between high school students and companies from the creative industries in Denmark, France, and Italy.

KIRT x THOMSEN, Mimilo , Cea Capsule, One Of One Studio, MAC Architecture, Me Mori - Den Lille Guldsmedje, Crisden, and Laurent Tardieu from Montagne Noire shared their perspectives on the industry, their approaches to sustainability, and valuable insights on how to start a career in their respective fields, such as fashion, jewelry, design, and architecture.

💡 What the students truly gained from this experience was more than knowledge: inspiration, encouragement, and a sense of optimism.
They had the opportunity to exchange ideas, explore the professional journeys of the “mentors,” and better understand what it means to work in the creative sector today, facing new challenges like AI, digitalization, and green transition.

Gaining insight into the journeys of industry experts, how they achieved their goals and navigated challenges along the way, is an invaluable lesson for young professionals eager to kick-start their careers. At the same time, exploring the creative process behind each project and discovering the vision at the core of every company helps spark new ideas, inspiration, and ambitions.

🙏 We would like to sincerely thank all the companies for their time and dedication! It was an invaluable gift to the next generation.
Together, we are contributing to shaping the future of the creative industries, where innovation goes hand in hand with environmental and social sustainability.
