The other day at Hornbæk this intense low moved in and within minuts everything went crazy. Love these powerfull weather changes 🙏.

"Beach Moments" #2 from Hornbæk 🤙 I love shooting pic's of all these passionate "ocean spirits" enjoying the beach life. Somehow they all, always have their faces covered in big smiles...which, I guess, is what the ocean somehow does to you 😀

"Beach Faces" #1 🤙 Shooting pic's of unique moments of people on the different surfspots I visit, is something I really enjoy. It somehow shows the "ocean spirit" among all these passionate surfers, who put so much energy into hitting the right moment, the right weather forecast and right spot, to pursue their passion for the ocean playground. Here is the first of 3 posts of "Faces on the beach" from the Friday session, at the North Coast.

"Hurricane Dave vol 1" 👊

A power low hit Denmark in the beginning of April, with side / side off wind at "Sticks" 🙏 and really nice waves.
On top of it all the sun was shining from a clear blue sky, so everyone smiled big time - including me 😂

These weather forecasts are pretty rare so this one had to be captured.

More old pic's from way back in April 2009, from a little windsurfing comp named " King of the Coast" held up North 👊🕶️👌 The weather forecast was promising a heavy low pressure mowing in from the North Sea, so all the "usual suspects" were of course present to show what they had to offer during these conditions. The weather conditions started out pretty calm, but later on "it got real". It's so great for me to look back at all these old pic's, because they bring so many great memories of people, places and moments in time, which is now long gone. Everyone was on fire all day, with super high forwards and perfect control during these intense conditions. It's wild to see how everyone looks so young and super stocked to show some moves out there. Looking back at these old pic's really put some light on how much things has changed since back then, and how time has a tendency of slowly "slipping into the future" 🤙
