What an incredible journey for Iroquois Roots Rugby

A few years ago, the club started with a junior girls 7s tournament team. This season, they fielded a 15s Women’s team and finished second overall in , earning a place in Rugby Ontario OWL Intermediate Cup.

Although they were eliminated in the first round, this team is already a winner.

A significant number of the players are graduates of the club’s Junior Program, including one player who was part of the inaugural Roots girls team.

Looking forward to seeing what this team does next.
