I am a dance photographer living in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I’ve been photographing dancers who value showcasing technique and artistry since 2016. I accept bookings from dancers aged 10+ (by the date of the shoot). I have a limited number of sessions available for younger dancers each season. Several years of training is recommended in order to get the most out of your session. I shoot all sorts/ge

nres of dance and offer sessions for individuals, small groups, and dance studios. I travel throughout NS (and beyond) for sessions.

What a joy to photograph some of the adult dancers at Halifax Dance. The adult dance scene is absolutely booming in this city, and I couldn’t be happier about it.

These dancers show up week after week, not because they have to, but because they love it. Proof that learning, performing, and throwing yourself wholeheartedly into something you love is always trending.

Like many of you, I’ve spent much of my life in a dance studio - as a dancer, a teacher, and now as a dance photographer. These images are from an afternoon spent with .ns in the beautiful studios at ✨

My dance journey began in the 1970s and 1980s, so I leaned into the aesthetic and nostalgia of the photos I used to pore over in dance magazines and books from that era.

Always grateful for the trust and freedom gives me to create and experiment without expectation. (A friendship that began in a dance studio, of course.) ❤️
