Atlantic Collegiate Baseball action continues today as teams push for their spot in the Atlantic Championship. Dalhousie Tigers Baseball are home today at mainland commons field against UNB. Here is a link to some of the images I captured this season for Dal.

Thank you to the for such a great season. You played the game with your heart on your sleeves. You persevered through all the injuries and played for one another. Although it was not the outcome you wanted and deserved it was such a fun run to make it to the finals. Fans came to every game and filled the seats. Tickets sold quickly. That is a testament to the product and entertainment you are giving the fans and the city of Halifax. Rest up and come back next season and take that trophy you deserve.

Inflation and the cost of items have increased drastically over the past two years. Just an example of the same item I purchased just 2 years ago. With the rising costs of operating a small business it will be hard to keep going without raising prices and passing the costs onto my clients. And now gas is at almost 2 dollars a litre. Profits continue to decrease. I never thought a memory card for a camera would cost 685.00 dollars plus taxes.

The final game of the regular season between and both teams were in the same position. Win and earn a spot in the playoffs. Thunderbirds took the win and will now face Vancouver in the first round of playoffs.
