I was walking back to my car after shooting a glorious sunset when I turned around and saw this scene. I like it more than all the sunset shots I took! Although it was technically blue hour, the sky had a cotton candy hue that made everything look a bit pink.

A gorgeous sunrise at Lake William in Waverly, NS. It would have been nice if there were a few wispy clouds in the sky but you have to work with whatever Mother Nature presents you. This was a new location for us but we will definitely be back! And yes, it was a stupid o'clock adventure with my photography pal Kevin Hall.
