And just like that… the camera is officially down for the 2026 wedding season! 🥹🤍

And what better way to wrap up the year than with a little mountain magic?!

The last wedding of my season gave us snow-dusted peaks, the moodiest October skies, the prettiest fall colours, and two people promising forever with their closest loved ones by their side

A pretty perfect ending, if you ask me 🤌

This year has been an absolute WHIRLWIND!

So many incredible couples, thousands of kilometres travelled, countless memories made, and more beautiful moments than I could ever fit into an Instagram post.

Now comes the part where I trade my hiking boots for slippers, my camera for a computer, and officially enter my editing cave for the next little while 😂

To all my 2026 couples, thank you for letting me be part of your stories. It’s never lost on me how special it is to be invited into some of the most meaningful moments of your lives 🥹❤️

October really showed off for this one! 🍂

Early morning skies, the last of the golden leaves, a ridiculously beautiful dress + and INCREDIBLE cape, and a ch*****ne celebration overlooking the lake 🤌

There are some wedding days where I get home, start looking through the photos, and immediately know the gallery is going to be something special.. This was one of them!!

Now I’m curious… would you rather have a moody, overcast mountain elopement or a bright, sunny day? 👀

Wedding season has been in FULL swing over here, which means if I’m not out photographing an elopement, there’s a pretty good chance I’m tucked behind my computer editing one! 🥹

I’m finally coming up for air long enough to share one of the many beautiful days I’ve had the privilege of documenting over the past month

A quiet ceremony tucked into the mountains in Jasper, fall starting to show off, and views that truly never get old!! 🤍

A little PSA for anyone who has “elope in Banff” sitting somewhere on their 2027 plans 👀

You do NOT need to have everything figured out before reaching out to your photographer!

You don’t need to know exactly where you want to elope.
 You don’t need a perfectly planned timeline. 
You don’t need to know which permits you need.
 You don’t need to have your vendors booked. 
You honestly don’t even need to know what you want to do all day yet.

That’s quite literally part of what I’m here for 🤗

My couples get help turning the very vague “we want to get married somewhere beautiful in the mountains” into an actual elopement day — locations, timelines, permits, activities, vendors and all the little logistics in between.
