Such a beautiful evening with this beautiful family 💕

We turned their session into a little photo adventure — strolling the trails, picking apples, exploring, and soaking up the last of that gorgeous golden hour light. ☀️

The little one was getting tired by the end! Keeping toddlers going until golden hour can be a challenge, but that beautiful, dreamy light is always worth it.

Behind every beautiful photo of a peacefully sleeping newborn… there’s probably a little story. 🤍

A baby who needed a diaper change.

A baby who needed to be burped.

And behind the perfect family photo? Probably a little feeding, rocking, soothing and patience. 💕

Newborn sessions aren’t always perfect — and that’s exactly how they should be.

There are breaks for feeding and cuddling, little cries, diaper changes and lots of figuring out what baby needs next. In between the photos, we talk about the delivery, nursing, how everyone is adjusting, and of course, how the family dog is handling this new little addition. 🐶🤍

It’s not just about the beautiful, perfectly posed moments.

It’s about capturing the real, messy, beautiful beginning of your new life together. 🤍

What a fun evening wandering around with this group of fun girls. Celebrating grad and years of friendship 💕 There was plenty of goofing around and attempting recreate poses from childhood. We even had a group of deer photo bomb our session 😂

Every photo has a story. This one is about a family saying goodbye to the home that held 50 years of memories - pinching pierogies, drinking coffee, watching hockey, waiting for the pond to freeze, and raising children and grandchildren who were always welcomed here with open arms. One of my favourite things about photography is the opportunity to connect with people, hear their stories, and create images that genuinely reflect who they are.

I’ve known Krista for many years and have always admired her dedication to health, wellness, and fitness. She’s a lifelong learner with a passion for growth and helping others.

It was a fun evening spending time with her during this session, and I hope these images capture the strength, authenticity, and positive energy she brings to everything she does.
