Fall Outfit Recap 🍂

My favourite season is coming to a close, so here’s a little recap of some of the fall outfits I wore in September and October ♥️

Sometimes I get dressed and forget to post about it - this is a fit from last week before the snow ❄️

Red is my Power Colour ♥️♥️♥️

One of the most challenging aspects of navigating Rheumatoid Arthritis is that you don’t know what each day might bring. It really sucks, but hang in there, we’ve got this! ♥️♥️♥️

The Power of Mentorship ♥️

I spent some time today in a mentorship session, and I walked away feeling so grateful that I get to offer this kind of support to other women — sharing what I’ve learned, helping them see new possibilities, and giving them the space and confidence to move forward (I hope!)

Mentorship is something I believe in deeply, but so is being a lifelong student. I’m always investing in my own learning, growth, and evolution because there is always more to discover, unlearn and become.

We don’t have to figure everything out on our own. Sometimes, having someone in your corner who can offer a fresh perspective, ask the right questions, or remind you of what you’re capable of can make all the difference.

Here’s to lifting each other up, sharing what we know, and continuing to grow together.

Huge shout out to Immigrant Council for Arts Innovation for the incredible work they do and the beautiful connections and opportunities they curate. ♥️♥️♥️

I’m obsessed with these pants and loafers, especially together. Wear the things you love on repeat! ♥️♥️♥️

I’m all about resting when you need you, but sometimes, maybe it’s better to get dressed and go out?
